NuUnion membership application
To apply for membership in the NuUnion Credit Union, just complete the application form. Then print, sign, and send it to NuUnion, along with:
- A minimum deposit of at least $5.00 to open your account (check or money order only, no cash)
- A copy of a valid driver's license or equivalent picture ID for you and all joint owners*
- Verification of social security number for you and for all joint owners
Mail or fax your application to NuUnion, along with your minimum deposit and supporting documents to:

* NuUnion credit union is required by the U.S. Patriot Act to verify the identity of new account members and signers added to existing accounts; we may retain copies of all documents used to verify your identity. An account includes a deposit account, loan, line of credit, safe deposit box, or other services we offer. At times, we may request and copy IDs of members with accounts opened prior to October 26, 2002 if ID documentation was not obtained when the account was opened. NuUnion keeps copies of identification secure and confidential and will disclose these copies only as required by law.
