CareersA great place to bePart-Time Financial Relationship Representative (Lansing Area Branches)Our financial relationship representatives have the rewarding responsibility of delivering high quality professional service to our members by processing member deposits, withdrawals, loan advances and payments at both lobby and drive-up facilities. They are responsible for issuing money orders, travelers checks and cashiers checks. They are responsible for opening and processing new memberships, new accounts, and building relationships in a member intimate manner to ensure member satisfaction; closing accounts at member requests; processing transfers on request; utilizing the BDS skills of Member Service, Selling and Handling a Member Complaint; providing general information to members to meet their financial needs; providing high quality service to members by resolving member account problems; performing teller and member services duties at various branch locations in the Branch Services Department in place of absent employees; following Credit Union security policies and procedures; complying with all regulatory Bank Secrecy Act requirements including annual training and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
